Dear Bro. Phil,
Yesterday, we visited specialist doctor again and She told me that my sickness is called, " myasthenia gravis, a neuromuscular disease which symptoms include eye weakness, facial expression weakness, and difficulty swallowing." He told me that I may have to continue to take treatment for 2-3 years. Please pray for me. However, I am ok to preach and do my ministry but with great care.
God bless you.

November Report
Dear Friends & Prayers Partners,
Loving greetings to you in Christ’s precious name from Myanmar. We continue to pray for all of you that the Lord will shower His blessing upon you, your family and ministry.
We are pleased to say that the Lord has been so faithful to our family and ministry here in Myanmar and using us tremendously and achieving His great purposes in our lives and ministries.
It is good to notice that major heavy rain has stopped and we are approaching winter season. At present the climate here is a bit hot but is better than heavy down pour and flooded situation which we experienced for the past 4-5 months. We will soon see winter and Christmas seasons where we can have better chance of sharing the Love of God towards the heathen world here in Myanmar. Because in Myanmar, Christmas is one of the best times to witness the full Gospel to the non-believers. We would like to take this great privilege again to Witness His love towards mankind.
Bible College [Training men & women for the service of God] :
Our Peniel Bible College & Seminary has completed its First Semester Final Examination. By looking the performances and results of our Students, the overall is quiet good and encouraging. But we still need to encourage some of our students to work hard in their study. Nevertheless, we praise God for their faithful commitment to prepare themselves in learning the Word of God. After their first semester final examination, we held Sport week for all the students and faculty where all the family experienced the warm fellowship and re-build up their God-given physical bodies. Now, our Bible College is in the second semester welcomed them by new subjects with heavy schedules and daily routine.
Orphanage Home [Shaping children for future leaders]:
Our Orphanage Home is running well by your prayers. God is helping our children home and He is blessing in many ways. Our Children have completed their monthly exam and celebrated their one week holidays with Sport and fellowship. Our orphanage children are very good in sport especially soccer and many more games. They are young, energetic and enthusiastic. Their one week holiday has been a good time of fellowship and re-creation. We praise God for this blessed time of fun and fellowship. These children are very faithful to God and never miss the Sunday school and church services. Every Sunday, they presented one song and at least one inspiring Scripture verse. They have been a blessing to all of us. We pray that the Lord will continue to bless them for His own glory.
Pastoral Conference [Equipping Ministers for the expansion of the Kingdom of God]:
The Lord is helping us to conduct two pastoral conferences: one in October and another in November. In October, a pastoral conference was held for a group of pastors and missionaries who were stationed in various parts of Myanmar. They just came here for a week for equipping themselves with the Word of God. My [ Moses] topic for them was " World Mission & Strategies for Mission work in Myanmar" and Discipleship. In this conference, more than 30 pastors and missionaries were imparted to the Word of God and equipped them with better culturally relevant strategies for doing mission in our country. Another pastoral conference was held in November, 1-3 and in this conference, a group of pastors and missionaries mainly from Yangon city areas came to this conference. The topic includes "God’s plan for Church Planting". Very happy for the fact that our Bible College students were included in this pastoral conference and have seen and experienced great blessing in this conference.
Mission Fields [Witnessing the full Gospel & planting churches]:
News from our mission fields such as Shan State [border of Thailand], Ayerawaddy Division [ Delta region] and Rakhine State [ border of Bangladesh] are very inspiring. We learn that the Lord is using and protecting our ministry partners in these areas. God is adding people to Himself into the body of Christ. We praise God for this great news. In our last newsletter, we have related some incident about the Rakhine State where people in that part of the region experienced great problem between the Muslim and Buddhists and due to this problem, many Christian suffered too. We did not hear anything about our ministry partners and we are so anxious about the situation. By the grace of God, one of our ministry partners who is doing church planting work in that region came down to Yangon and visited our church and shared about the problem in Rakhine state. There is so much problems and what we heard through media is just a small part of the conflict. At first the problem was due to bad people but now the problem became ethnic as well as religious problem between the people of Rakhine who are Buddhist’s adherent and Rohinya people who are Muslim adherent. The place of this incident is Rakhain State of our country, the border of Bangladesh and Myanmar. This has been for about more than 5-6 months. In the first incident, many houses were burned, many religious building were burned and many people died and wounded. In this October incident which is the second incident, according to the government’s figure, from October 21-27, more than 2950 houses and 14 religious building were burned. 84 people died and 129 people were wounded. It is said that more houses, more religious buildings have been burned; more people have been died and wounded in this conflict than the above figure. Yes, our ministry partners who are working in that region told that the problem is still going on. Therefore, the church and the people of God suffer so much due to this conflict. Please continue to pray that the Lord will do His will in that region.
Fellowship with other Christians:
We held a one day fellowship with other Christians and we were blessed by this sweet fellowship. Our boy’s students played soccer with other teams but did not score much goal. On the other hand, our girl’s students played throw ball with other teams and stood first position! This fellowship was opened with prayer, exhortation and self-introduction and concluded with prayer and benediction. We believe that our students and faculty enjoyed the warm fellowship with other Christian friends. This is another way of introducing and advertising our Bible College and other ministries to fellow Christians.
Natural Calamity:
A strong earth-quake hits the central parts of Myanmar mainly Sagain Division and Mandalay Division on November 11 and 12, 2012. The media reported that this strong earth quakes damaged several buildings, schools, bridges, walls and pagodas. Due to these strong earth quakes, some people were killed and several wounded. Please pray that the Lord will reveal His purpose in these regions.
Dear friends and prayer partners, we would like to request you to continue to pray for us so that the Lord in His mercy will continue to provide, bless, use, protect and bless our lives and ministries. Thank you for your continued interest and supports. May God bless you all.
In the Service of God,
Moses & Sharon
