Window of opportunity:

Our focus area is in NW Kenya, near Mt.Elgon and LakeBaringo.

After our initial conference in Eldoret in 2004, we have engaged three least-reached people groups  (the Chamos, Pakot and Sabaot), by having leadership conferences in these areas in September 2005, in the north western part ofKenya, near Mt.Elgon and LakeBaringo

Through these conferences we identified key men in each people group who we have entered into a discipleship relationship with.

We have come alongside men like Ben Ndiema, Eliud Psongonye, and Isiah Yatich by helping them train leaders in their sphere of influence.

As part of our commitment to provide rescources for their church planting endeavours, we have had Train and Multiply™ (Project World Reach),  Back to the Basics (Dr Adrian Rodgers), and Firm Foundations – Genesis to Resurrection (New Tribes Ministry) translated into KeSwahili.

The work in Kenya has overflowed into Uganda (see Uganda link)

From an IMD Donor:

It has been a privilege to support IMD International for the last 15 years. God has called them to go to the far reaches of the world to teach His word, to train up leaders, to translate the Bible into languages I did not know exited. Seeing this ministry making an impact in the world changes us, as they grow in assignments we get to watch God at work and know we are making a difference. That is our blessing.

"Highly recommend the message of this book!" Phil Largent

"I readily admit that it verges on the impossible to describe in any degree of adequacy the conscious, manifest presence of God... The best I possibly can hope is to put forth my personal experience backed up by Scriptural exhortation. My part is only to whet the appetite and then trust the Holy Spirit to take it from there."
